PèTrina joined Beacon House as its Director of Operations in June 2020. PèTrina possesses over a decade of in-depth experience in overseeing operations, financial management, and human resources management in industries that include nonprofit, healthcare, education, and economic development. Her extensive background has allowed her to excel in areas including organizational development and effectiveness, financial policies, federal & local government grant compliance, and ongoing financial reporting. PèTrina was raised in the west suburbs of Chicago, IL where she graduated from high school. She moved to Washington, DC to pursue a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting at Howard University.
