Malik Jarret attended Beacon House from age 5 all the way through high school. After his time at Beacon House, he went on to attend Virginia State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. He returned to Washington, D.C. after college to become one of the most celebrated fashion designers of the DMV area by founding the D.C. brand EAT. Through his brand EAT, he has created his own nonprofit, EAT Cares, Inc. and has had the opportunity to partner with major brands such as New Balance. Malik currently serves as the CEO of EAT and continues to stay active with the Beacon House community by volunteering as a coach and encouraging partnerships with the Falcons.
