Blair Langley
Youth Development Mentor

Blair has been a Youth Development Mentor at Beacon House since January 2020, working with grades Kindergarten through 5th grade.  Originally from Los Angeles, California, Blair joined Beacon House while completing his Bachelor’s in Science and Engineering at Howard University to become a civil engineer.  In 2021, he worked with the state of Texas to rebuild homes that were destroyed by Hurricane Harvey.  Blair’s finds great joy in teaching and mentoring our youth.  He grounds his work in the Franklin Roosevelt’s quote: “We cannot build the future for our youth, but we can build our youth for the future.”  In his free time, Blair enjoys watching football games, working out, cooking and trying new foods.  He is a huge foodie.
