Princess has been a Youth Development Mentor at Beacon House since May 2022.  She was drawn to Beacon House because of the difference she saw the program making in her son’s academic progress.  Princess has worked with children for over two decades.  Her experience ranges from caring for newborns to working with teenagers, and has spanned across settings such as hospitals, youth programs and daycares.  Princess is committed to ensuring Beacon House students learn math and reading because they are the foundational skills for life.  When she’s not mentoring Beacon House kids, she’s being a mom to one.  She is raising a very mature six-year-old who plans on one day running Beacon House.
