Donika has been a Youth Development Mentor since January 2023.  She is a community leader who thrives on helping children and families strengthen.  Prior to joining Beacon House, she started a family strengthening business, working with families affected by gun violence.  In 2017, she became a literacy ambassador for Ward 8 READS.  And in 2022, Donika was honored with the “Corner-Stone Award” from So Others Might Eat (S.O.M.E.).  In her free time Donika loves to watch movies and cook.
